Synopsis:
The movie is based on Uttara kanda , the later part of Valmiki Ramayana. The story starts with Sri Rama Pattabhi shekam . Rama sending Seeta exile on the accusations of a washerman, the birth of Lava and Kusha, and their visit to Ayodhya, Ashwamedha Yagam and finally how they get united with Rama.
Performances:
Nandamuri Balakrishna came up with a subtle performance and divine feel. Nayantara steals the show with her career best performance. Akkineni Nageswara Rao suited well to the role of Valmiki maharshi. Srikanth is okay. The remaining supporting cast fitted the roles.
Technical Departments:
The art work is superb. Cinematography is good. The visual effects are the best till date.. The editing is okay . The Dialogues are good. Screenplay is okay. The Direction is good.
Final say:
The movie is based on all-time classic movie Lava-Kusha starring legendary NTR, Anjali devi is an all-time mythological Classic which was liked by all sections of Audience. The First half is good. The second half is emotional. The climax has come out well. The movie is different for regular mass masalas, Do watch the movie for a change.The true Box Office range will depend on how the family crowds and elders embrace the film.
